I am curious to see if anyone is billing for 99441-99444. If so, are you being paid? If you are allowed, can you tell me about how much you are charging for these services? Our office cannot find a charge amount anywhere for these codes.

We have a select few carriers that are paying for this code. If you can't find a fee schedule on the carrier's website, contact your provider rep to see first if it's on their fee schedule and if it is the allowance. Then you can set your charge accordingly after checking with a few carriers.
