I am trying to find out how to submit a claim to Medicare for Telemedicine (office based). I am trying to find out what code to use, what are the elements for this charge and what the reimbursement would be?

There is n entire section in the Medicare manual on billing telehealth.. briefly
It must be both audio and visual medium
The patient must be a resident of a qualifying rural area and
The patient must be in a qualified originating site and not their home or place of business
The distant provider must be located in a qualified metropolitan area
You use the POS 02 no modifier for Medicare
You bill using regular office visit codes
