hi all , I am having a hard time getting a definitive answer for one of our providers.
She is a Nurse Practitioner (licensed in New Jersey) with a patient who has moved out of state. Is she permitted to see the patient virtually as long as she (the APN) is IN New Jersey?
 
I believe this also depends on the state's licensing requirements where the patient is located. During the height of covid, most (possibly all) states lifted certain requirements. Some temporary allowances have now expired.
