My providers are interested in starting virtual visits. What reimbursements can we expect from those they have been using it.

My providers are also interested in this as well. Per AAPA (American Academy of Physician Assistants)Telemedicine services are paid at under the physician fee schedule at the same amount as in-person medical services. In Addition, AAPA will be reaching out to commercial payers to strongly encourage those insurers to follow the CMS lead and making telemedicine services available to patients and ensuring that PA's are fully covered under their telemedicine policies.
