Under the new CMS guidelines could we receive reimbursement for asynchronous telehealth ?
I think under the new CMS guidelines we might be able to get reimbursed for a level 1 visit for every hypertension management phone encounter.

I would look into the telehealth requirements a bit more. A phone call and telehealth are two different things. Telehealth requires that the patient not be in their home or place of business at the time of the encounter and must meet the definition for eligible originating location and a qualifying rural location.
