We are looking into Telehealth services. I am seeking clarification on the following:

1. Can a provider provide this service from their home? If so how would this get billed ( Box 32 on HCFA- what would that location indicate-his office location?) I cant find guidelines on this.
2. Q3014- Originating site fee- Does this claim get billed with the Supervising provider at that site?

Any clarification would be appreciated.

I'm interested in knowing this as well. A company has inquired as to if this can be billed under them (they employ RNs, LPNs)? Or do the services indeed have to be billed under a physician, MD, PA, NP?
