We have several sites, upstate and downstate NY. The patient is from upstate and usually goes to our upstate site but the Telehealth visit is done by the downstate doctor. Should the service location be downstate (where the provider is) or upstate (where the patient usually receives service)? We are trying to avoid denials for non par as we participate with different insurances on our upstate and downstate campus.
