Can anyone confirm what the latest modifier guidelines are for telehealth visits?
Who wants the GT and who wants the 95?
Does Medicare still require one?
Do most Medicaid plans still want the GT? And from what I have found most commercial plans want the -95.
I know it will vary state to state and dependent on the plans but if anyone can provide what they are currently seeing and using I would appreciate it!
