If a Dr in Florida sees a patient via Telehealth while she is in Alabama, does this require a license for Alabama?

It depends on your State Medical Board requirements. Ohio requires the patient and provider to be in state for telehealth, even during the pandemic. Medicare allows the provider and patient to be in different states but State regs override Medicare.
