Wiki Tele Med and Flu Shot

I have a Dr that is currently working from home doing Tele Med but is corresponding with their MA so that patients may come in for Nurse visit. My Question is it allowed for a Patient to have a Tele Med Visit and on the same day come in for a Flu Shot, A1C check, ect...?

As long as the Nurse don't bill for a 99211 with the flu shots and labs on the same day is fine. However, I would append a 25 modifier on the telehealth mainly for the Flu shot not the labs.
