I need help in finding the technical component to two different lab codes for a Medicare patient.
Or if you could just tell me the amount to expect in payment from Medicare for the technical component that would be great!

First you would have to determine who your MAC (Medicare Administrative Contractor) is for your state and then visit their website. For the state of Kentucky (CGS Medicare Contractor) the TC component of 88305 is paid at $29.94 and 88312 is paid at $61.48. Hope this helps!
 
Pathology Technical Component

88305 and 88312 have the fees on mycgs.gov. This if for Kentucky providers. Click on Part B and then go to the left and click on fee schedules physicians. The fees are broken down by 88305 global 88305-TC technical and 88305-26 professional. I hope this helps.
