I was wondering if anybody can advise me a little more on TCOM's. CPT 93922 What exactly is a level? If it is being done on one extremity but 4 different leads, is this considered 1-2 level TCOM or a 3 or more level TCOM?
Any help on this is most appreciated. Thanks:eek:

Obviously this question was asked a very long time ago, but I was just looking up this same information and thought I should share.

Optum Encoder provides a little information about these "levels" in the code notes for CPT 93922.
Lower Extremity: potential levels include high thigh, low thigh, calf, ankle, metatarsal and toes
Upper Extremity: potential levels include arm, forearm, wrist, and digits
