Hope this is the right place to ask. We will be doing the billing (possibly coding) for a free standing MRI center. Technical portion only. Does the diagnosis code have to be obtained from the radiologist impression or can be submit the diagnosis as the ordering diagnosis. I'm assuming we would use the impression.
