We have been billing the tb skin test 86580 with administration fee 90471, they have been paying this way and now they are denying...Should 86580 be billed with an administration code or not? Can someone help us with this?

90471 is for admin of a vaccine, a TB test is not a vaccine. It has always been understood that the code for the TB screening includes the administration and the reading since these activities are all a part of the TB test itself.
