If you have a clinic that is sending their employees off site to provide employee health services such as TB skin tests and flu shots for an outside company, do you still need a 'physician's order' to satisfy billing that to insurance? Or is it ok for a nurse to administer w/out a physician signing off on an order but still bill insurance?
