Wiki Take down of bladder adhesions?

My doctor got called in to help a GYN with her open surgery. The patient had pelvic adhesions and a fibroid uterus. My doctor did a "take down of bladder adhesions" as an open procedure. All the codes I find are laparoscopic codes and don't really fit what he did. Any suggestions?
