Wiki Table of risk for edema

I just wanted to get some thoughts on where others feel this should fall on the table of risk. A lot of our patients are seen for the presenting problem of edema and was not sure if I should choose acute uncomplicated illness (low) or acute illness with systemic symptoms (moderate) on the table of risk. Most of the time a Rx is ordered but I do not want to violate medical necessity rules.

I would think it would depend on the cause of the edema, does the patient have CHF, Chronic Kidney disease? In those cases I would say it would fall in Moderate risk: one or more Chronic illnesses with mild exacerbation.
