Wiki T1016 case mgmt, proper use of

Coding for a LMSW who is using T1016 to indicate time spent attending court hearings for a client who is an assault victim. T1016 is for 15 min increments. Time spent was 200 min which would be T1016 x 13. Is this correct use of this code?
