Wiki system edit

good afternoon, i am not used to coding for a plastic surgeon and i have a claim that is not clearing the system edits. he billed for 11602, 12032 and 14020. the system is saying that a qualifying procedure has not been received. does anyone know what this might be?

Read CPT guidelines

Read your CPT guidelines. Tissue rearrangement INCLUDES the lesion removal, which is not coded separately.

If it's totally unrelated - e.g. a different location on the body - then you need a -59 modifier.
