We are billing the Synvisc injection as described by the Synvisc website. For Synvisc One 48 units and Synvisc 16 units.
The physician states he is paying $1500.00 per injection and we are getting between $600 and $800.00 reimbursement.
Can we bill any different for additional reimbursement so the provider not does not lose money on this injection?
