Does anyone know the code for synovial reaction and chrondrosis?
op note reads: The patella was seen to track well in teh femoral groove. There was moderate amount of synovial reaction in the medial and lateral compartments. This was debrided in order to visualize.
On the weightbearing surface of the medial femoral condyle, there was extensive chondromalacia and chondrosis, a limited small amount of residual articular cartilage remained on the medial femoral condyle.
