Hi List,
Can someone define the definition "Radical" in the CPT code 26145?
I keep thinking that it pertains to "All, extensive, enormous amount, severe, extraordinary etc. .....So, what is "Radical" in this situation?

My concern is if a surgeon does CTR and Synovectomy of the flexor tendons to the thumb AND ALL four fingers. Would this be reported to Medicare as:

26145 F8
26145 F7
26145 F6
