We recently changed to a new tax id. We did what we needed with insurance companies to get updated with them. The problem I am running into now is some of them approved us alot sooner and others we are still waiting for. So when I bill to Blue Cross as the primary and they have our new tax id and they leave a copay amount and I bill it to Medicaid and they have not yet approved us under this new tax id they deny the claim. How do we handle this situation?
