Wiki Suture removal-local emergency room

We have patients present to the local emergency room for laceration repair. They are told to follow up with their PCP or come to our Urgent Care Center for suture removal. Most come to our Urgent Care Center.

Am I correct in saying that we are permitted to charge the patient a visit for the suture removal?
