Patient had hip surgery (ORIF) 10/14/14
On the last visit had a suture granuloma.
They have come back for a follow up and basically she is to continue with betadine but otherwise no further treatment needed.
This visit she is also follwing up on the surgery.
How do I code this, would I code the suture granduloma and a V58.78 - Aftercare with an E/M code or do I not code the granuloma?
Any help is very much appreciated.
