Hi all,

Can someone help me with the scenario below:

If a complicated surgical wound found also to be diabetic wound
can I code both T81.89XA and E11.621 for same wound?
(I'm just thinking of the exemple when pressure ulcer in a diabetic patient is coded to pressure ulcer only with DM as an additional dx)
