General surgeon was called to the OR - into a prepped and anesthetized patient as a GYN team was attempting to place ports for robotic surgical gyn procedure. A moderate sized obstructed umbilical hernia was found which was blocking their instruments from entering the umbilical port. General surgeon was called to the OR who reduced the obstructed hernia and broke up the omentum after reduction so that the GYN team could access the port site. The Umbilical Hernia was not removed at this time.

I am thinking this will be a unlisted code - Any suggestions?
