I'm finding a pattern of denied claims for CESAREAN with my providers. I bill 59510,80 .I'm not sure if you can bill the assist if both physicians are in the same group.

Not sure where you are but per the FCSO fee schedule "59510 - Statutory payment restriction for assistants at surgery applies to this procedure. Assistant at surgery may not be paid." It also shows in my CPT book that this code is not eligible for 80 modifier.
