This is a new one! Pt was working in Germany, on her way to a doctor's appt; she sliipped and fractured her arm. Surgery was performed in Germany, now a month later she is back in the states and is following up with ortho here. She is a new pt to our clinic and she is still in p/o. How would I code this???
