Procedure: open radical cystectomy with ileal conduit diversion, bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy
this was done by 2 of the physicians from the same group (urology)
The general surgeon (from another group) did the harvest and creation of ileal conduit with small bowel reanastomosis

I was thinking 51595 for the cystectomy but am thrown off by the general surgeon's part of this as far as billing..
Help please !!

51575Cystectomy, complete; with bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy, including external iliac, hypogastric, and obturator nodes


CPT 50820 would be coded by the Gen doctor.
