Procedure-open radical cystectomy with ileal conduit and excision of obturator nodes..does 51595 still apply ?

Thank you..I wasn't sure because the code description says removal of external iliac,hypogastric & obturator nodes and the pathology report I have states only the obturator nodes excised..don't know enough about nodes
