very new to ENT world, pt coming in for trach change and we have a kit to change out help with the coding--do we charge for the supplies or are they included or do we charge a higher E&M for longer servcies provided, any help would be appreciated

At our office we usually have the patient bring in the supplies for their trach change. Our nurses usually do it and there is no charge. Sorry, I know that is not much help.
