Wiki Supervising VS Incident 2

I have a PT seeing patients who is not yet credentialed. The physician is seeing the patients for face time so we can bill out under him. Would this be considered and Incident 2 Visit or a Supervising visit? Or is there another way to bill this?

The physician must make his own note of examination for this to be a shared encounter, which it sounds like what you are describing, if this is a new patient then it must be a physician visit, no incident to or shared visit.
