Does anyone have any experience with billing for Supartz / Hyalgan knee injections? We have a provider who wants to do the series of injections here at the office (family practice) because it's taking so long for the patient to get into ortho and is asking me if I think they would be covered and what the reimbursement would be. As far as I can tell by looking at the Medicare website they should be covered but I can't find the reimbursement for the J7321. Thank you!
