Wiki SUD - alcohol and/or drug assessments

Would H0001 (Alcohol and/or drug assessment) be coded as G0396 or G0397 (alcohol and/or substance abuse structured assessment and brief intervention) for Medicare? I am not sure if they are considered the same service.
