Sublingual Immunotherapy coding question regarding Pre and Post SLIT spirometry. Hello, the patient pre-self paid for the vial of immunotherapy serum. Then came to the office for the initial dose and the provider did pre and post spirometry. How would I submit the spirometry to BCBS? 94010 with 94010/59modifier? The provider did not feel that 94070 was an accurate description as he did not deliberately induce bronchospasm. Thank you in advance for any thoughts on this.
