We have a patient that had a previous ACL reconstruction, the physician may have to do a revision in future but what he is looking to do is an ACL debridement, and Bone grafting of the ACL tunnels. What I have found is the ACL debridement would be unlisted I think and there is no code for the grafting of the tunnels. Any recommendations or suggestions.
