Wiki Stress test

My doc did an excercise stress test, echo/doppler imaging after excercise only, she did not do an echo during rest before the treadmill. How do i bill for this, is this still considered a stress echo. She did a limited echo, 93308 earlier in the day. I don't think i can bill 93015 and 93325 together. Please advise.

She did the limited echo early the same day and therefore did not need to report the resting echo when the pt had the stress echo later. I would combine the limited echo into the stress echo and not bill it separately.
