Hello,

Per coding guidelines we cannot bill cpt 93350 with 93015 and CCI edit, but what if in the office setting, one provider interprets the stress echo imaging report (CPT 93350) and a different provider interprets the exercise stress test (CPT 93015 since this is the office setting, staff did the supervision we own the equipment), is it possible to bill CPT 93350 with 93015 with two different providers? Or does one split all the services Tc and 26?

93350 Echocardiography, transthoracic, real-time with image documentation (2D), includes M-mode recording, when performed, during rest and cardiovascular stress test using treadmill, bicycle exercise and/or pharmacologically induced stress, with interpretation and report;
93015 Cardiovascular stress test using maximal or submaximal treadmill or bicycle exercise, continuous electrocardiographic monitoring, and/or pharmacological stress; with supervision, interpretation and report
Use 93351 - including performance of continuous electrocardiographic monitoring, with supervision by a physician or other qualified health care professional. everything should be reported in one report and interpreted by one provider.
