Wiki Strapping and/or unna boot codes

Would someone please help me with the strapping and/or the unna boot codes? If a patient comes in to the office and an aspiration is done and then a compessive knee strapping is done, how do I bill that? Is the strapping code built into the E&M? Also, can an E&M codes be charged with an unna boot?
