Hello,

Can you please help code this out? I am not finding any appropriate codes. here's the procedure:

We performed this at the left L5 and S1 transforaminal level under fluoroscopic guidance under moderate conscious sedation with monitoring for anxiety purposes

That is the code I was going with. As well as a code for the fluoro and the sedation but the note does not specify minutes of sedation will have to query provider on that one.
