Our doctor tries to bill 20553. In his documentation, he wrote " 3 tenderpoints along left SCM musculature were identified........................ 1 ml fluid was injected into the taut bands in a fanning manner"

SCM is 1 muscle, 20553 is a wrong code to use here. Am I right?
