Hello everyone, I need a little help.

My patient has an extensive chest wall abscess. The surgeon drained & debrided the chest wall abscess, removed the second rib, removed the sternoclavicular joint (separated the clavicle and removed separately) and removed the head of the first rib.
I have a code set that am really not satisfied with...think I have it over coded. If anyone can offer any guidance it would be much appreciated.

** access to the top of the first and second ribs
**portion of the pectoralis muscle that was necrotic overlying this, which was excised and debrided (21051)
**3 cm portion of the second rib was excised (21600)
**necrotic tissue was debrided
** purulent material emanating from the sternoclavicular joint space
** sternoclavicular joint resection as well as resection of the head the first rib (21620) [21615 ? - removal of the first or cervical rib - they only removed the head of the rib]
**clavicle was excised with the reciprocating saw and was separated and the clavicle was separated from the sternoclavicular joint and removed separately (23120)
