Wiki stents

I am wondering if anyone has any feedback on stents for dialysis access - when placing a stent codes would be 37238,37236 but if a stent is removed either open or percutaneous what code or codes would be appropriate.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The CPT code for removal of the stents would be an unlisted code as this does not have a CPT code description.
