I just recently listened to a Medtronic webinar and the presenter said that even though a procedure has a SI of N that we should still bill it even though there is no payment for it. (i.e. EKG & LHC). Is there anyone that bills for Medicare if so do you bill your SI:N procedures, also do you add modifiers to them. Thanks in advance for your response.
