Wiki Standards for pricing drugs and supplies

Can someone please provide me with the guidelines or industry standards for pricing drugs and supplies in a Physician office. We are wanting to review current pricing on drugs and supplies used for in office procedures, but can't find a formula (other than referring to the Medicare fee schedule). What is an appropriate mark up on supplies/drugs?

If you purchase a Optum HCPCS, in the back of the book they have payment rates. You could view those rates and consider what you are going to charge from there.
