Hello---when billing Speech Therapy using dx code F80.4 there is a note to also code a dx from the H90.- H91.- series. Does anyone know if it matters what order they are in. It only says 'code also'. But is this a scenario where the medical dx would need to be primary, and the treatment dx 2ndary? Thank you!!

the F80.4 would be first listed and the H code secondary which would fit with the need for speech therapy so you should not have any issues
