Wiki Split billing Hospital TC office 26

Hello, I need help ASAP to find out when a Dr. office is owned by the hospital and the hospital bills with the TC modifier does the Dr. office always bill with the 26 modifier?

If your physician provides the official radiologic interpretation report then yes. If the hospital has a radiologist that provides this report then no you cannot charge for this at all.

Depends on the tax id number. Is the physician billing under the same tax id as the hospital? If so then global billing would apply.
