Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has ran into this scenario. I have a patient that came into the ER and was diagnosis with a distal radius and ulnar styloid fractures, which need to be surgically fix. Since the patient ate before breaking her arm she was held in the ER so she could be NPO and they put on a splint for comfort. Would you bill for the splint? I am thinking not but I wanted to see other people thought
Thanks,
