Wiki Spirometry and Treatment

We have a question concerning Spirometry and whether or not we can bill for it twice within the same visit. Say if we do a Spirometry and we realize they need treatment and then we do another spirometry after the treatment. Can we bill for it both times or just once. The codes are 94010 for the spirometry and 94640 for the treatment.

CPT states for code 94640 for more than 1 inhalation treatment performed on the same date, append modifier 76.

Use 94060 for before and after administration of a bronchodilator. Pg 502 CPT 2012.

So can we code:

And do we need to append any modifiers. We would be using these codes along with an office visit (99212-99215)
